The SONATAL-pedagogy celebrated in 2012 its thirtieth anniversary (1983-2012) as a system of activities targeted at education of healthy child before and after birth. The optimal organizational solution concerning the implementation of this system at the level of medical institution is to organize the offices of perinatal education under pediatrics polyclinic. From the position of preventive and social pediatrics, the development of prenatal prevention system at the municipal level can be considered as the most strategically advantageous model.

СОНАТАЛ-педагогика как система мер, направленных на воспитание ребенка до и после рождения, в 2012 г. отметила свое 30-летие (1983—2012). Оптимальным организационным решением по применению данной системы на уровне медицинского учреждения является создание кабинетов пренатального воспитания при детской поликлинике. С позиций профилактической и социальной педиатрии стратегически наиболее выгодной моделью можно считать создание системы пренатальной профилактики на муниципальном уровне.
