Юридическое образование как фактор повышения правосознания молодежи

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются дискуссионные вопросы и исследуется механизм повышения правосознания молодежи через юридическое образование. Автором дается определение правового воспитания, этической компетенции, клинического обучения. Особое внимание уделяется новому Государственному образовательному стандарту высшего профессионального образования по специальности «Юриспруденция».

The article considers the issues for discussion and the mechanism of increase of youth legal culture through legal education. The author gives the definition of legal education, ethical competence, clinical training. Special attention is paid to the new state educational standard of higher professional education on a speciality Jurisprudence, its competence.
