Турнир юных изобретателей и рационализаторов как средство комплексного развития творческих способностей

Abstract

В статье рассматривается история становления и совершенствования в Свердловской области новой педагогической формы развития творческих способностей подрастающего поколения турнира юных изобретателей и рационализаторов. Особое внимание уделено педагогическому сопровождению и организационно-методическому обеспечению взаимосвязи содержания двух этапов творческого соревнования подготовительного (заочного) и основного (очного). Предложена авторская методика объективизации технической творческой деятельности учащихся, ориентированная на максимальное использование возможностей научно-методического и организационно-педагогического взаимодействия системы дополнительного образования и университетов. Описана разработанная в соответствии с данной методикой и экспериментально проверенная организационно-содержательная модель подготовки и проведения турниров юных изобретателей и рационализаторов как средства комплексного развития творческих способностей учащихся.

The paper looks at the development history of the new pedagogic form the Young Inventors and Innovators' Tournament promoting creativity of the growing generation in Sverdlovsk region. The main emphasis is given on pedagogic facilitation, and organizational and methodical guaranteeing of the content relevance of the two successive competition stages the preparatory (external) and the basic (final). The authors' methodology aimed at promoting pupils' technical creative activity, is proposed. The methodology is oriented on taking the maximum advantage of interrelations between the system of children's additional education and universities in scientific, methodical and organizationally pedagogic spheres. The content and organizational model of the Young Inventors and Innovators' Tournaments based on the above methodology and approbated in Sverdlovsk region is given, as a means of complex development of pupils' creative abilities.
