ОПЫТ УСПЕШНОЙ ПОДГОТОВКИ ВЫПУСКНИКОВ ВУЗА К РЕШЕНИЮ ПРОБЛЕМЫ ТРУДОУСТРОЙСТВА В УСЛОВИЯХ РЫНОЧНОЙ ЭКОНОМИКИ (К 15-ЛЕТИЮ ИНСТИТУТА ЭКОНОМИКИ КОСТРОМСКОГО ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОГО УНИВЕРСИТЕТА ИМ. Н.А. НЕКРАСОВА)

Abstract

В статье анализируется оригинальная система подготовки студентов экономических и управленческих специальностей (направлений), сложившаяся в Институте экономики Костромского государственного университета им. Н.А. Некрасова за 15-летний период его существования. Авторы раскрывают на обширном фактическом материале основные особенности и структурные компоненты данной системы, в основу которой положена компетентностная модель образования. Исследователи проблемы представляют читателю развернутую характеристику основных личностных и профессиональных компетенций, которыми должны обладать выпускники вуза для успешного трудоустройства в условиях современной российской экономики. Они могут быть систематизированы в три взаимосвязанные группы: навыки системного мышления и владения ситуационным анализом, коммуникативные способности, лидерские способности. Авторами статьи рассматривается особая организация производственной и преддипломной практики компетентностно-ориентированной направленности в условиях межпрофессиональных команд, а также опыт соответствующего курсового и дипломного проектирования и целенаправленного проведения имиджевых мероприятий.

The article analyses the original system of training of students of economic and management specialties (directions), developed at the Institute of Economics of Nekrasov Kostroma State University 15-year period of its existence. The authors reveal the vast factual material and the basic features of the structural components of the system, which is based on competency model of education. Researchers are challenges the reader a detailed description of the major personal and professional competences required of university graduates for successful employment in the conditions of modern Russian economy. They can be organised into three interrelated groups: systems thinking skills and ownership situation analysis, communication skills, leadership skills. The authors considered a special organisation of the production and pre-diploma practice of competency-oriented focus in the conditions of interprofessional teams, as well as experience in the relevant course and degree planning and purposeful implementation of image events.
