Обоснование этапов организации и осуществления научно методической работы

Abstract

The stages of organization and implementation of scientific methodical work in public educational approach were grounded in the article. The peculiarities of each stage hare been defined and the ways of stage imple mentation in the practical activity of schools have been researched. Chiefs and pedagogical collective of an educational institution at organization of scientific methodical work should use the scientific approach. Expedient it is considered use of theoretically reasonable and practically approved stages of organization of scientific methodical work.

В статье на основе управленческого подхода обосновано этапы организации и осуществления научно методической работы в общеобразовательном учебном заведении. Раскрыты особенности каждого этапа и определены возможности их реализации в практической деятельности школ. Руководители и педагогический коллектив учебного заведения при организации научно-методической работы должны использовать научный подход. Целесообразным считается использование теоретически обоснованных и практически апробированных этапов организации научно-методической работы.
