Abstract

The article explains the essence of teaching a foreign language on the basis of content. Project-based learning is seen as a universal tool for the study of a language and content, making it the best option for teachers who teach English at a technical institution. The author substantiates the advantages of project work as a way of improving the educational success when learning a foreign language.

В статье обосновывается обучение иностранному языку на основе контента. Проектное обучение рассматривается как универсальное средство для изучения языка и контента, что делает его оптимальным вариантом для педагогов, преподающих английский язык в техническом вузе. Автором обосновываются преимущества проектной работы как средства повышения учебной успешности при изучении иностранного языка.
