Abstract

In research it is defined that a driving force of process of adaptation is the resolution of conflicts, being its cornerstone. The main contradiction of this period consists in discrepancy of level of professional and pedagogical readiness of the beginning teacher for work with pupils, his personal professional potential and requirements imposed to it in pedagogical activity.
