
The article considers reasons and conditions for establishing media holdings of own-run children’s and teenager’s press within school and afterschool education units, municipal bodies, voluntary organizations and editors staffs. It analyses creative and economic ground of such associations, structural particularities of own-run editors which work within a media holding. It also contains some examples for creating and running media associations upon own-run school press in Germany and France and some international projects.
В статье рассматриваются причины и условия формирования медиахолдингов самодеятельной прессы на базе школьных и внешкольных учебных заведений, общественных организаций, муниципальных учреждений и редакций. Анализируются творческие и экономические основы таких объединений, структурные особенности самодеятельных редакций, работающих в холдинговой структуре. Приведены примеры создания медиаобъединений самодеятельной ученической прессы во Франции и Германии, международные проекты.
