Современное состояние подготовки кадров высшей школы

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы подготовки научных и научно-педагогических кадров высшей квалификации в рамках аспирантуры, а также вопросы удлинения сроков работы аспирантов над диссертацией.

The article deals with the preparation of scientific and pedagogical personnel in the graduate school, as well as prolongation of post-graduate work on his thesis.
