Попечительство как социальный институт

Abstract

Современное отечественное образование, ориентированное на рыночные отношения, определяется уровнем развития и близости национальных систем. Одним из условий, обеспечивающих готовность российской системы образования к вхождению в общеевропейское образовательное пространство, является расширение круга субъектов процесса обучения. Возрождаются новые социальные институты, одним из которых является попечительство. Возрастает его роль как социального института, объединяющего предпринимательские сообщества, ученых и научно-педагогические кадры, работодателей, родителей обучающихся, т. е. непосредственных участников развития образовательной сферы.

The development of national systems is a feature of the market-oriented education. The diversity of major participants in the learning process is a condition for internationalization of the Russian education system. For example, the trusteeship or guardianship is a new social institution, which unites the business community, scientists, teaching staff, employers, and parents; that is, the agents in the development of the education.
