Abstract

The article deals with building systems of organizational and managerial innovations on the basis of electronic document flow in large companies on the example of geographically distributed organizational structures. A generalized model for building technological structure of informational environment was developed. This model allows building unified corporate informational space and optimize the processes of documentary maintenance of company management. The implementation model of organizational and managerial innovations, based on the concept of systematic approach was proposed. It aims at adaptation of electronic document management system to solution of managerial objectives in geographically dispersed company. On the basis of the model building lies systematic approach, according to which were identified system objects with account of management goals and in relation to the specifics of geographically distributed company. The possibility of improvement of the process of managerial decision making and excretion of informational and documentary communications to the new quality level was based on this model. And improves the management efficiency if the company.

В статье рассматриваются системы построения организационно-управленческих инноваций на базе электронного документооборота в крупных компаниях на примере территориально распределенных организационных структур. Разработана обобщенная модель построения технологической архитектуры информационной среды. Предложена модель реализации организационно-управленческих инноваций, основанная на концепции системного подхода, нацеленная на адаптацию системы электронного документооборота к решению управленческих задач в территориально распределенной компании. В основе построения модели лежит системный подход, в соответствии с которым идентифицированы системные объекты с учетом целей управления и применительно к специфике территориально распределенной компании. На базе модели обоснована возможность совершенствования процесса принятия управленческих решений и выведения информационно-документационных коммуникаций на качественно новый уровень, что способствует повышению эффективности управленческой деятельности компании в целом.
