Abstract

В статье рассматривается содержательная характеристика уровней сформированности инклюзивной готовности педагогов с позиций компетентностного подхода; обосновываются критерии и показатели компетентностного содержания каждого уровня инклюзивной готовности как совокупности академических, профессиональных и социально-личностных компетенций.

The article describes the content characteristic of formation levels of pedagogues’ inclusive readiness from the position of the competence approach; proves the criteria and characteristics of each level of inclusive readiness competence content as the aggregate of academic, professional and socio-personal competence.
