This article includes the scientific review of the problem “self-development” from the point of view of Philosophy, Psychology and Pedagogy, the conclusions about the main approaches to the term «self-development of a personality» and the investigation actuality of the problem “professional self-development of future specialists” indicated on the basis of new information technology.

В статье представлен обзор научных исследований по проблеме «саморазвитие» в рамках философии, психологии и педагогики. Сделаны выводы о главных подходах ученых к пониманию саморазвития личности. В конце статьи указано на актуальность исследования проблемы профессионального саморазвития будущих специалистов на основе инновационных информационных технологий.
