Субъектно-ориентированный образовательный процесс: динамика внутреннего развития

Abstract

Nonlinear dynamics causes the execution of human oriented scientific investigations in different spheres: management, psychology, ergonomics, engineering, pedagogic. Subject-subject interaction in vocational training is one of peculiarities of postindustrial education. The inner development’s dynamics is to be taken into consideration during the educational process’s designing. The author suggests the structure and shot description of processes causing subject’s alteration during educational process (educator’s activity; student’s activity; subject’s co-operation). The author offers some decisions: forecasting and monitoring of subject’s alteration & educational technologies; adoptive educational program’s designing; professional-pedagogical support.

Автором статьи предлагается вариант структурирования и анализа процессов в рамках педагогической деятельности, образовательной деятельности, взаимодействий педагогов и обучающихся, обусловливающих изменения субъектов образовательных систем. Учитывая, что субъект-субъектное взаимодействие является одной из важнейших особенностей постиндустриальной парадигмы образования, предлагается учитывать динамику внутреннего развития при проектировании образовательного процесса. Возможными решениями могут быть: организация прогностических исследований и мониторинга изменений субъектов; проектирование адаптивных образовательных технологий; организация профессионально- педагогического сопровождения субъектов.
