Профессиональный портрет выпускника-бакалавра в сфере туризма

Abstract

Modern stage of higher professional tourism education development in Russia is defined by forming competence-based model of stuff training for tourism industry. Professional activity sphere of tourism bachelors includes tourism product promotion and service organization in different sectors of tourism industry. This fact leads to necessity of forming the relevant competences. This article provides analysis of the professional and professional-oriented competences of tourism bachelors graduated from the sport universities (specialization: Technology and organization of sports and recreation services) and reflects specifics of tourist services. Scientific comparison between qualifying requirements to the main positions in tourism business and basic work-related duties to professional competences established by federal state educational standard of higher professional education has high priority in defining the level of the competitiveness of the young specialists and their accordance to the level of the modern labor market demand.

Современный этап развития высшего профессионального туристского образования в России характеризуется формированием компетентностной модели подготовки кадров индустрии туризма. Область профессиональной деятельности бакалавров туризма включает реализацию туристского продукта и организацию обслуживания в различных секторах туристской индустрии, что определяет необходимость формирования соответствующих компетенций. В статье анализируются профессиональные и профессионально-прикладные компетенции выпускника-бакалавра вуза физической культуры в сфере туризма (профиль: Технология и организация спортивно-оздоровительных услуг), отражающих отраслевую специфику туристского обслуживания. Проведено сопоставление квалификационных требований к основным должностям работников индустрии туризма и ключевых должностных обязанностей с профессиональными компетенциями ФГОС ВПО, что имеет первостепенное значение для определения конкурентоспособности и востребованности молодого специалиста в условиях современного рынка труда.
