Abstract

In light of the expected implementation of the Standards of sports training (FSSP), the problem of performance criteria trainer and sports schools as a whole. Long-established system of long-term sports training does not take account of existing trends phenotypic variability of modern man. Especially characteristic is the low quality of initial training in cyclic sports. Qualitative changes in the organizational and methodological principles of school sports in the first place requires increasing professionalism and competence of trainers, including trainers of the lower level.

В свете внедрения Стандартов спортивной подготовки рассматривается проблема оценки деятельности тренера и спортивных школ в целом. Давно сложившаяся система многолетней спортивной подготовки не учитывает существующие тренды фенотипической изменчивости современного человека. Особенно характерно невысокое качество начальной подготовки в циклических видах спорта. Качественное изменение организационнометодических принципов работы спортивных школ в первую очередь требует повышения профессионализма и компетентности тренеров, включая тренеров нижнего звена.
