Abstract

The focus of this article is staff training systems analysis of penal system in some foreign countries which allows to reveal a number of features different from specialist training for judicial-executive system in Russia. The main stages of vocational training for judicial-executive system in Russia since the XVIIIth century have been systematized. The author defines efficiency criteria of staff training for judicial-executive system in professional development courses.

В статье проанализированы системы подготовки работников пенитенциарных систем некоторых зарубежных стран, позволившие выявить ряд особенностей отличных от подготовки специалистов для УИС в России. Систематизированы основные этапы становления системы профессиональной подготовки работников УИС в России в период с XVIII века по настоящее время. Определены критерии эффективности подготовки сотрудников уголовно-исполнительной системы в процессе повышения квалификации.
