Исследование проблем национального образования в России второй половины ХХ – начала XXI вв. (на примере мордовской школы)

Abstract

Problems of national schools of Russia in the conditions of reforming of educational system demand careful research. In article the scientific review of the matter on the example of the Mordovian national school is given. On degree of study of a problem in a domestic, regional and republican historiography two main stages are allocated: the first is presented by the works performed during the Soviet period (the 1950th – the 1980th) the second – the works published in 1990th – the beginning of the 2000th. The characteristic of each of the allocated stages is given; the main works on a subject are given, the positive and negative moments in the given researches are displayed. In article works in which the main tendencies and problems of development of national school in the second half of XX – the beginning of the XXI centuries are considered are analyzed. The special attention is paid to studying of a problem of replacement of the native language from national school, results of development of the Mordovian school by the end of the 1980th.

Проблемы национальных школ России в условиях реформирования образовательной системы требуют тщательного исследования. В статье дается научный обзор данного вопроса на примере мордовской национальной школы. По степени изученности проблемы в отечественной, региональной и республиканской историографии выделены два основных этапа: первый представлен работами, выполненными в советский период (1950-е – 1980-е гг.), второй – трудами, опубликованными в 1990-е – начале 2000-х гг. Дается характеристика каждого из выделенных этапов; приводятся основные работы по теме, отображаются положительные и отрицательные моменты в приведенных исследованиях. В статье анализируются труды, в которых рассмотрены главные тенденции и проблемы развития национальной школы во второй половине ХХ – начале XXI вв. Особое внимание уделено изучению проблемы вытеснения родного языка из национальной школы, итогов развития мордовской школы к концу 1980-х гг.
