Abstract

Статья посвящена роли углеводородных ресурсов в геополитическом противоборстве. На сегодняшний день углеводородные ресурсы занимают особое место в реализации концепции глобального управления, они превратились в один из основных объектов геополитического противоборства, важный фактор мировой геополитики. С помощью контроля над ресурсами можно управлять целыми государствами и цивилизациями: Китаем, Индией, Восточной Азией, Россией и остальным миром. На сегодняшний день контроль над районами нефтедобычи является первоочередной задачей энергетической политики США. Стратегия противоборства США за глобальное лидерство и энергоресурсы превращается в одну из основных угроз безопасности России.

This article is devoted to a role of hydrocarbon resources in the geopolitical antagonism. Today hydrocarbon resources take a special place in implementation of the global management’s concept, they turned into one of the main objects of a geopolitical antagonism, an key factor of the world geopolitics. The world centers of power have an opportunity to control by the whole states and civilizations China, India, East Asia, Russia and other world by the means of control over resources. Today control over areas of the oilfields is a priority of US power policy. US strategy for global leadership and energy resources turns into one of the main threats to Russia security.
