Abstract

In the testimonial opponent’s reference to Bakin’s candidate’s thesis «The extra phenomena in the Civil Right of the Russian Federation» the actuality of the chosen theme is being proved. It should be noted that the investigation which had been done is represented as independent constructive work. It also has the elements of some new ideas and corresponds to all demands to candidate’s thesis.

В отзыве официального оппонента на кандидатскую диссертацию А. С. Бакина «Субсидиарность в гражданском праве Российской Федерации» обосновывается актуальность избранной темы. Отмечается, что проведенное исследование представляет собой самостоятельный творческий труд, содержит элементы новизны, отвечает требованиям, предъявляемым к кандидатским диссертациям.
