Психолого-педагогические условия саморазвития личности в юношеском возрасте

Abstract

Axiological trend in the study of the problem of personality self-development involving value orientations, personality senses, self-development, motivational and volitional components, task-oriented consideration, reflection, is analyzed in the article. Self-development starts with adolescence; students age is the most sensitive period for professional and personality development and it is connected with the realization of the choice of profession, value system, processes of self-actualization and self-determination; it takes an important place in the formation of personality in the process of socialization. The results of the research of personality self-development of students of Orenburg State Medical University are analyzed. On the basis of research work psychological and pedagogical conditions contributing to self-development in adolescence are made known.

В статье проанализировано аксиологическое направление в изучении проблемы саморазвития личности, включающей в себя ценностные ориентации, личностные смыслы, самооценку, мотивационно-волевые компоненты, целеполагание, рефлексию. Саморазвитие начинается с подросткового возраста, но студенческий возраст является наиболее сензитивным периодом для профессионального и личностного развития, связан с осуществлением выбора профессии, системы ценностей, процессов самопознания и самоопределения, занимает особое место в формировании личности в процессе социализации. В статье проанализированы результаты исследования саморазвития личности на примере студентов Оренбургского государственного медицинского университета. На основе опытно-экспериментальной работы выявлены психолого-педагогические условия, способствующие саморазвитию в юношеском возрасте.
