Инновационный подход к профессиональной подготовке студентов: теоретико-методологические основания

Abstract

During the deep social and economic transformations happening in society, the survival and further development of a civilization depends on development of educational systems of the world community. In these conditions search of the new directions of improvement of training aimed at the creative development of the identity of each student is necessary. Relevance of use of heuristic approach to the organization of educational activity of students which is a source of new ways and actions is shown in article, initiates manifestation of creativity in the course of knowledge. The analysis of psychology and pedagogical literature on a research problem which allowed to specify the contents, structure and the principles of heuristic activity is provided. The substantial komponenty organization of heuristic activity means, methods and methods of heuristic training and design are. The conclusion is drawn on need of application of heuristic activity along with other types of educational cognitive activity in educational process of higher education institution for creative development of students.

В период глубоких социально-экономических преобразований, происходящих в обществе, выживание и дальнейшее развитие цивилизации зависит от развития образовательных систем мирового сообщества. В этих условиях необходим поиск новых направлений совершенствования обучения, направленных на творческое развитие личности каждого студента. В статье показана актуальность использования эвристического подхода к организации учебной деятельности студентов, который является источником новых способов и действий, инициирует проявление творчества в процессе познания. Приводится анализ психолого-педагогической литературы по проблеме исследования, который позволил уточнить содержание, структуру и принципы эвристической деятельности. Содержательной компонентой организации эвристической деятельности являются средства, методы и приёмы эвристического обучения и проектирования. Сделан вывод о необходимости применения эвристической деятельности наряду с другими видами учебно-познавательной деятельности в образовательном процессе вуза для творческого развития студентов.
