Роль традиционных ценностей в формировании профессиональной идентичности современных учителей

Abstract

In the article is presented the analysis of connections between the individual and organizational determinants on the one hand, and the professional identity pattern of experienced teachers and graduates of the teacher’s training colleges directed to the work in the educational institutions, on the other hand. Emphasizes the role of retaining traditional values in forming meaningful professional identity of teachers.

Представлен анализ связи между индивидуально- и организационно-психологическими детерминантами, с одной стороны, и характером профессиональной идентичности учителей со стажем и студентов старших курсов педагогического вуза, с другой стороны. Подчеркивается сдерживающая роль традиционных ценностей в формировании значимой профессиональной идентичности учителей.
