Анализ уровня стрессоустойчивости студентов Витебского государственного медицинского университета

Abstract

По результатам анкетирования 480 студентов всех факультетов Витебского государственного медицинского университета проведён анализ устойчивости студентов к стрессу. Выявлены тенденции в различии устойчивости к стрессу в зависимости от года обучения. Установлено, что самый высокий показатель стрессоустойчивости у студентов лечебного факультета. У студентов фармацевтического и стоматологического факультетов этот показатель незначительно меньше. Студенты младших курсов менее устойчивы к стрессу, чем студенты старших курсов. Предложены практические рекомендации учёта полученных результатов для повышения качества учебного процесса.

According to the results of questionnairing of 480 students of all faculties of Vitebsk State Medical University students’ stress tolerance was studied. Tendencies in the difference of students’ stress tolerance depending on the year of studying were revealed. Medical students were found to possess the highest index of stress tolerance. This index is insignificantly lower in students of the pharmaceutical and stomatological faculties. Junior students tolerate stress worse than senior students. Practical recommendations to improve the quality of the educational process with the obtained results taken into account are given.
