Оценка качества деятельности преподавателя вуза на основе методов многомерного анализа данных

Abstract

В настоящее время особо актуальной становится задача оценки качества образовательного процесса в высшей школе. Образовательный процесс – сложная система и поэтому однозначно определить его качество не представляется возможным. В статье рассматривается вопрос об оценке качества деятельности преподавателя вуза как одного из показателей качества образовательного процесса в целом. В эксперименте, описанном в статье, использовалась известная методика анкетирования «Преподаватель – глазами студента», регулярно проводимая в Томском политехническом университете. При обработке результатов использовалась не только стандартные методы обработки, описанные в данной методике, но также использовались методы многомерного статистического анализа данных (факторный и кластерный анализы), что позволило наиболее точно выявить скрытые закономерности и сделать соответствующие выводы.

At present, the task becomes particularly relevant assessment of the quality of the educational process in high school. Educational process – a complex system and therefore clearly define its quality is not possible. The article deals with the issue of assessing the quality of the teacher of high school as one of the indicators of the quality of the educational process as a whole. In the experiment described in the article, using the known method of questioning “Teacher – student eyes”, regularly held at the Tomsk Polytechnic University. In processing the results used not only standard processing techniques described in this procedure, but also used the methods of multivariate statistical analysis (factor and cluster analysis), which allowed most accurately reveal hidden patterns and draw appropriate conclusions..
