
The article raises the problem of formation of a graduate's professionally significant qualities necessary for effective self-realization in the epoch of innovative social development. It reveals that in the age of global innovations all the educational potential should be redirected from the «development-formation» paradigm to the «selfdevelopment and self-formation» one.
В статье обсуждается проблема становления профессионально значимых качеств личности выпускника, необходимых для успешной самореализации в эпоху инновационного общественного развития. Определено, что в эпоху «глобальных инноваций» необходимо переориентировать весь образовательный потенциал с парадигмы «развитие и формирование» на парадигму «саморазвитие и становление».
