Abstract

The article describes the features of the personality-oriented training of future teachers to self-realization in professional work, its content in connection with the creation of conditions for the full development of personal functions that are professionally important qualities.

В статье раскрываются особенности личностно ориентированной подготовки будущего учителя к самореализации в профессиональной деятельности, ее содержание в связи с созданием условий для полноценного развития личностных функций, являющихся профессионально важными качествами.
