Abstract

В статье ставятся вопросы построения и эффективного использования региональной ИКТ-насыщенной образовательной среды в условиях дистанционного сопровождения повышения квалификации работников образования. ИКТ-насыщенная образовательная среда рассматривается автором как системный объект, который состоит из взаимосвязанных программных и технических компонентов. В применении к системе дополнительного профессионально-педагогического образования ИКИ-насы щенная образовательная среда трактуется как определенный механизм влияний и комплекс содержащихся в социальном и пространственно-предметном окружении условий формирования и профессионально-личностного развития работника образования.

The article tackles some questions about the construction and efficient use of regional ICT-rich learning environment in the distance support of educationalists professional development. ICT-rich learning environment is a systematic object that consists of interconnected software and hardware components. ICT-rich learning environment is considered as a certain mechanism of influence and a complex of conditions of the formation of an educationalists vocational and personal development within the framework of social and spatial and environment.
