Системно-уровневое взаимодействие в подготовке современного педагога в условиях гетерогенной образовательной среды

Abstract

The article presents the data of many years of personal research of the authors to explore possibilities for the preservation of the health of the pupils in a changing educational environment. Demonstrates the results of findings of mechanisms of adaptation process of the physiological, psychological, and personal levels. Describes the features of adaptation in the conditions of schooling depending on the presence or absence of attention deficit with hyperactivity disorder. The task is to find means of implementation level approach to pupil support in heterogeneous educational environment and development of new programs system-level interactions of specialists for teacher training.

В статье представлен материал многолетних исследований, направленных на изучение возможностей сохранения здоровья школьника в условиях изменяющейся образовательной среды. Показаны результаты изучения механизмов адаптационного процесса на физиологическом, психологическом и личностном уровнях. В зависимости от наличия или отсутствия синдрома дефицита внимания с гиперактивностью раскрыты особенности адаптации ребенка к обучению в школе. Ставится задача поиска средств реализации уровневого подхода при сопровождении школьника в условиях гетерогенной образовательной среды и разработки новых программ подготовки педагогов с учетом системно-уровневого взаимодействия специалистов.
