ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКОЕ ПРОЕКТИРОВАНИЕ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНОГО УЧРЕЖДЕНИЯ В УСЛОВИЯХ СЕТЕВОГО ВЗАИМОДЕЙСТВИЯ

Abstract

The article describes an approach of the pedagogical design of an educational institution's activity in network communication which is based on the experience of the pedagogical university in Barnaul. It shows the stages of introducing different forms of the university's network communication with other educational institutions in the region. The author represents the main trends of development in the situation when the university and school use distant educational technologies and e-learning. This paper looks at the importance of participation of educational institutions in dealing with certain learning difficulties of children with disabilities in the process of their education. Thus, the key factors that influence the choice of forms and methods of educational process are the systems that let teaching materials be generated faster; enhancement in the sphere of information storage and retrieval; preparation of training materials (e-books) and their distribution; communication activity.

В статье представлено описание подхода педагогического проектирования деятельности образовательного учреждения в условиях сетевого взаимодействия на основе анализа имеющегося опыта в педагогическом университете Барнаула, этапов внедрения форм сетевого взаимодействия с другими образовательными учреждениями региона. Определяются основные позиции развития в условиях применения дистанционных образовательных технологий, электронного обучения в вузе и школе. Выделяется важность участия образовательных учреждений в решении конкретных образовательных проблем обучения детей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья. Основными факторами, которые влияют на формы и методы образовательного процесса, являются системы, позволяющие ускорить генерирование образовательных материалов; усовершенствование в области хранения и поиска информации; подготовка учебных материалов (электронных) и их распространения; коммуникационная деятельность.
