Социокультурная компетентность: ее культурологические аспекты, сущность, подходы к определению

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются подходы к определению сущности понятия «социокультурная компетентность», предложена новая трактовка этого понятия с учетом механизма смыслообразования и культурологического подхода. Термин «социокультурная компетентность» в последнее время становиться одним из самых частотных в профессионально-методической литературе. Разные авторы вкладывают в него разное понимание, что приводит к многочисленным разночтениям и не способствует объединению усилий в разработке эффективных подходов и методик формирования социокультурной компетентности в единой логике на различных ступенях образования. Социокультурная компетентность рассматривается как интегративная характеристика личности, проявляющаяся в наличии знаний в области разных видов социальной культуры (нравственно-этической, гендерной, национальной, правовой, конфессиональной), интереса к ее изучению, готовности к взаимодействию с людьми в различных жизненных ситуациях, способов оценки межличностного общения. Исходя из определения, мы считаем, что в структуру социокультурной компетентности учащихся входят информационная, мотивационная, операционно-деятельностная, коммуникативная, рефлексивная компетенции.

The article deals with the definitions of «sociocultural competence». The article offers a new interpretation of this term with the consideration of meaning arrangement and cultural approach. The meaning of «sociocultural competence» has recently become one of the most popular in methodical literature. Different authors perceive this word in various ways, consequently, there are many understandings of this term and this fact does not lead to effective approaches and methods in the sociocultural competence’s development in unified logic of different educational levels. Sociocultural competence is examined as a person’s integrative characteristic which occurs in different fields of social culture knowledge (moral-aesthetic, gender, national, legal, confessional). Sociocultural competence is formulated as the interest to its research, the willingness to the communication with people in various life situations and the ways of interpersonal communications opinions. According to the definition, the sociocultural competence is considered as information, motivational operational, communicative and reflexive competence.
