In article authors considered features of formation of legal culture of student's youth. They emphasized that the legal culture is an integral part of the general culture of the people which is the reflection of a level of development of concrete society. Features of functioning standard and regulatory system of the state cause such communication with the right as it covers all spheres of activity of the person, and the level of formation of legal culture substantially influences a choice of the corresponding lawful actions and acts in everyday life. The legal culture in own way is a display of the developed attitude of the legal subject towards the right. On the basis of the analysis of scientific literature in article authors revealed features of formation of legal culture of student's youth come to light and noted that it is the continuous process directed on hanging of level of legal culture of the young man; the considered process is in close interrelation with legal education as exactly thanks to means and methods of education, there is an integration of legal values into consciousness of the young man, and also formation of clear ideas of the personality of precepts of law of arrangement of society; the training period in a higher educational institution coincides with an active stage of socialization of the individual. In this connection, the success of increase of legal literacy of the young man, depends on the interpersonal relations developing within Higher Education Institution from the accuracy of a goal of legal education, and also from the level of sense of justice, a condition of a subject matter, individual and psychological features of members of collective, social structure, its uniformity and constancy, a moral and psychological microclimate.

В статье рассматриваются особенности формирования правовой культуры студенческой молодежи. Подчеркивается, что правовая культура это неотъемлемая часть общей культуры народа, которая является отражением уровня развития конкретного общества. Такая связь с правом обусловлена особенностями функционирования нормативно-регулятивной системы государства, так как она охватывает все сферы жизнедеятельности человека, причем уровень сформированности правовой культуры в значительной степени влияет на выбор соответствующих правомерных действий и поступков в повседневной жизни. Правовая культура в своём роде является отображением сложившегося отношения правового субъекта к праву. На основе анализа научной литературы в статье выявляются особенности формирования правовой культуры студенческой молодёжи и отмечается, что это непрерывный процесс, направленный на повешение уровня правовой культуры молодого человека; во-вторых, рассматриваемый процесс находится в тесной взаимосвязи с правовым воспитанием, так как именно благодаря средствам и методам воспитания, происходит интеграция правовых ценностей в сознание молодого человека, а так же формирование четких представлений личности об правовых нормах обустройства общества; в-третьих, период обучения в высшем учебном заведении совпадает с активной стадией социализации индивида. В связи с чем, успех повышения правовой грамотности молодого человека зависит от межличностных отношений, складывающихся в рамках вуза, от точности поставленной цели правового воспитания, а так же от уровня правосознания, состояния учебной дисциплины, индивидуально-психологических особенностей членов коллектива, социальной структуры, ее однородности и постоянства, морально-психологического микроклимата.
