Abstract

Раскрываются возможности полисубъектного подхода к повышению профессиональ ной компетенции учителей, работающих с одаренными детьми. Рассматривается структура субъектного опыта, представленная познавательным, коммуникативным и созидательным компонентами. Описывается создание сетевого профессионального со общества педагогов, работающих с одаренными детьми, основанного на полисубъект ном взаимодействии. Определяются условия эффективного развития как его членов, так и сообщества в целом

The article reveals the possibility polysubject approach to improve the professional competence of teachers working with gifted children. The structure of subjective experience, presented in formative, communicative and creative components. Describes the creation of a network of pro fessional community of teachers working with gifted children based on polysubject interaction. The conditions of effective development of both its members and the community as a whole
