Обучение и повышение квалификации взрослых в системе непрерывного образования

Abstract

The author analyzes modern lines in the world and their extrapolation on sphere of education, in particular opportunities of realization of the developed UNESCO concept of continuous education through all life on a basis of competencial approach. In view of the certain features of adults is shown the role of the system approach and ideas of synergetrics, are designated androgogical principles and the basic characteristics of learning and improvement ofprofessional skill of adults.

Анализируются современные тенденции в мире и их экстраполяция на сферу образования, в частности возможности реализации разработанной ЮНЕСКО концепции непрерывного образования через всю жизнь на основе компетентностного подхода. С учетом определенных особенностей взрослых обучающихся показана роль системного подхода и идей синергетики, обозначены андрагогические принципы и основные характеристики обучения и повышения квалификации взрослых.
