Abstract

The program «Express-estimation of physical health of schoolboys» is used in the process of trainings in the handball club KSDYUSSHOR «OLYMP». It allows to estimate the level of physical development of 12-13 years old girls (below the average, low, middle, high, above average) and indexes of hyperpiesia during trainings on a handball. Taking into consideration these information, recommendations are made for training children in accordance with their level of physical development and rejections in a state of health.

В гандбольном клубе КСДЮСШОР «ОЛИМП» в процессе тренировок использовалась программа «Экспресс-оценка физического здоровья школьников». Она позволяет во время тренировок по гандболу оценивать уровень физического развития девочек 12-13 лет (ниже среднего, низкий, средний, высокий, выше среднего) и показатели артериальной гипертензии. С учетом этих данных составлены рекомендации для занимающихся в соответствии с их уровнем физического развития и отклонениями в состоянии здоровья.
