О возможности ультразвукового контроля компрессорных лопаток после эксплуатации и ремонта

Abstract

The results of nondestructive testing of blades of axial compressor of gas-turbine engine of gas-pumping unit are represented. The experimental investigations were based on ultrasonic pulse-echo method. The opportunities of the nondestructive acoustical method for the studying of the steel structure during the exploitation of blades are demonstrated.

Приведены результаты неразрушающего контроля лопаток осевого компрессора газотурбинного двигателя газоперекачивающего агрегата. Экспериментальные исследования проведены с использованием ультразвукового эхо-метода. Продемонстрированы возможности неразрушающего акустического метода изучения структуры стали при эксплуатации лопаток.
