Abstract

В статье представлен анализ изменений системы и модели образования в сфере культуры как неотъемлемой части мировой культуры и поликультурного образования человечества. Рассмотрены основные проблемы развития образования в сфере культуры в контексте межкультурного диалога, в первую очередь с позиций усиления его духовно-ценностного содержания, открытости и взаимодействия образовательных практик различных народов и культур. В контексте диалога культур поставлен вопрос о необходимости разработки новой образовательной модели в сфере культуры и искусства, призванной решить ряд задач, среди которых создание современной системы непрерывного художественного образования; укрепление системных связей учреждений художественного образования всех уровней в целях обеспечения непрерывности и преемственности профессионального образования; создание на базе ведущих образовательных организаций «ресурсных центров» по обмену инновационным опытом работы и повышению квалификации руководящих работников и педагогических кадров в сфере культуры; повышение качества образования и обеспечение учреждений культуры и образования профессиональными кадрами; совершенствование материально-технической базы образовательных организаций сферы культуры, в том числе модернизация студенческих кампусов, и другие.

The article presents an analysis of system changes and educational models in the field of culture as an integral part of world culture and multicultural education of mankind. The main problems of the development of education in the field of culture in the context of intercultural dialogue, especially from the standpoint of strengthening its spiritual value content, openness and interaction between educational practices of different peoples and cultures. In the context of the dialogue of cultures raised the question of the need to develop new educational models in the field of culture and art, which is designed to solve a number of tasks, including the establishment of a modern system of continuous art education; strengthening relations system of art education institutions at all levels in order to ensure the continuity of vocational training; creation at leading educational institutions «resource centers» for the exchange of innovative experience and advanced training for managers and teachers in the field of culture; improving education and providing cultural and educational institutions with professional staff; improvement of material and technical base of educational institutions of culture industry, including the modernization of student campuses; and etc.
