Development of international transportation under the current conditions is associated with growth of productive forces of any country and its external relations. This work analyzes use of various modes of transportation within the framework of fulfillment of contracts for sale and purchase of goods. The author presents particularities of organization of settlements and technique of provision of transportation and forwarding services. Recommendations are given for execution of contracts for provision of transportation services which will enable parties of settlements to avoid some difficulties with a bank when paying for transport services.

Проведен анализ использования различных видов перевозок в рамках исполнения договоров купли-продажи товаров. Представлены особенности организации расчетов и техники проведения транспортно-экспедиционных услуг. Даны рекомендации по составлению договоров на оказание услуг перевозки, которые позволят участникам расчетов избежать некоторых сложностей с банком при оплате за транспортные услуги.
