Педагогическое моделирование процесса формирования социальнопедагогической компетенции у курсантов военного вуза

Abstract

Основное внимание автор уделил уточнению понятия социально-педагогическая компетенция, содер- жанию и общей структуре социально-педагогической компетенции как одной из наиболее значимых харак- теристик профессиональной подготовленности будущего военного специалиста. В статье представлена модель формирования социально-педагогической компетенции будущих специалистов, а также рассмотрены условия, необходимые для ее эффективного функционирования.

The main attention is paid to clarify the concept of «social-pedagogical competence», the content and the overall structure of the social-pedagogical competence as one of the most important characteristics of professional training of a future military specialist. The article presents a model of social-pedagogical competence of future professionals and considers the conditions necessary for its effective functioning.
