
Some results of the sociological poll of business community representatives about their attitude to the codes of corporate behavior and business ethics implementation are given. The role of Codes of corporate behavior and corporate ethics for Russian companies of different economic sectors especially in post-crisis period of economic development is shown. The necessity of business ethics education both in companies and in universities is substantiated.
