
The article reveals the main points of system and synergetic concept of the education based on humanism. It also provides the explanation of the priority of the pedagogical accompaniment of educational activities as a generalized teacher's competence and gives an informative interpretation of teacher's competences based on humanism.

Обоснован приоритет педагогического сопровождения образовательной деятельности как обобщенной компетенции педагога. Дана содержательная гуманно ориентированная интерпретация компетенций педагога в разных формах ее осуществления.
