Тенденции совершенствования региональной системы управления качеством образования

Abstract

В статье рассматривается комплекс вопросов, связанных с совершенствованием региональной системы управления качеством образования с опорой на процессный подход. Изложены принципы построения и применения современных систем менеджмента качества в образовании. Представлен состав и логика разработки подпроцессов управления качеством образования с учетом согласования ключевых мероприятий применительно к региональному, муниципальному уровням и уровню образовательного учреждения. Приводится классификация субъектов управления качеством и оценочных показателей.

A number of questions connected with mastering regional system of quality management in education based on the process approach are viewed in the article. Principles of composing and using modern systems of quality management in education are presented. Structure and logic of designing quality management subruns in education when taking into account key measures concerning regional, municipal levels and the level of educational establishment are suggested in the article. Classification of quality management subjects and evaluation indices are given.
