Abstract

Проблема оценочной деятельности в педагогике, психологии, физическом воспитании и спорте всегда привлекала внимание исследователей. Рейтинговая система оценки нашла применение в педагогике физической культуры, спортивных играх, шахматах (эло) и т. д. Однако определить свое место в шкале оценок функциональных и метаболических состояний, подготовленности является практически целесообразным, так как позволяет корректировать индивидуальные состояния организма, физическую работоспособность, специальную готовность. От этого зависит дальнейшее программирование процесса подготовки спортсменов. Установлено, что все изученные показатели у сильнейших спортсменов не являются максимальными, а часть из них может занимать средние значения и даже ниже средних, но быть значимой для успешной результативности. При этом проявляются индивидуальные показатели, доминантно определяющие спортивную результативность конкретного спортсмена. За счет этих своеобразных совокупных характеристик (выпуклостей) спортсмен добивается успешных результатов. The problem of estimation activity in pedagogy, psychology, physical culture and sport has always attracted the attention of researchers. Estimation rating system found application in the pedagogy of physical culture, sports games, chess (ELO), etc. However, to define its place in the scale of estimation of functional, metabolic conditions, training is practical advisable because it allows you to correct the individual conditions of the body, physical capacity for work special, a readiness. The programming of the process of the preparation of athletes depends on it. Found that all investigated parameters at stronger sportsmen are not the highest, and some of them might take an average or even below average, but important for successful result. The individual indexes are dominant determinants sport result of the concrete sportsman. The sportsman achieves successful sport result owing to these original combined characteristics (saliences). The pupil are estimated without the marks in physical education of junior. This method is acceptable in special medical groups of pupils and students. The sport metrology has developed the basic methods of estimation of the motor abilities. However, the method of scaling poorly examined in the section of functional and morphofunctional opportunities for athletes. The most attractive in practice and physiology is the use of specially designed scales for the estimation.
