This thesis summarizes the results of research on Bronze Age faience and glass archaeological finds in Bohemia. Those are only represented by beads in this period. They were produced from the 4th millennium BC in the Near East and Egypt, and from the end of the 3rd millennium BC also in Greece. From the Early Bronze Age (2300 BC) they were imported to Bohemia, and their number increased in the Late Bronze Age (1300 BC). Thanks to elemental analyses, it is possible to assign the beads to a given production area, which was the Near East in the Early and Middle Bronze Age and Greece and northern Italy in the Late Bronze Age. An up-to-date list of Bronze Age glass finds in Bohemia is included.
