Abstract

Il progetto tecnologico si sta recentemente orientando verso nuovi paradigmi di riferimento che integrano e completano quelli tradizionali. Si tratta di un cambiamento che intende rispondere sia alla profonda crisi che ha investito il settore edilizio sia alle innovazioni dell’era digitale. Le informazioni da elabo-rare sono complesse e articolate e, di conseguenza, è necessario operare con nuo-vi metodi e strumenti in grado di simulare digitalmente il comportamento dell’edificio e il suo impatto nel ciclo di vita. L’articolo illustra i risultati di una ricerca finalizzata a caratterizzare l’impatto dei prodotti da costruzione attraverso la formulazione di un algoritmo generativo in grado di relazionare in modo dinamico l’Embodied Energy nella fase di progettazione.
