Abstract

Η εργασία αυτή έχει ως αντικείμενο την έρευνα του θεσμού των Κληροδοτημάτων, Κληροδοσιών και Δωρεών στο Οθώνειο Πανεπιστήμιο (1837-1862). Στους επιμέρους σκοπούς της εντάσσεται η ανάδειξη των κοινωνικοοικονομικών, νομικών και πολιτικών εξελίξεων του ελληνικού κράτους την εν λόγω περίοδο, η ανάδειξη των κανόνων λειτουργίας του Οθώνειου Πανεπιστημίου, καθώς και η παρουσίαση του πλαισίου κατάλειψης των Κληροδοτημάτων, Κληροδοσιών και Δωρεών. Ιδιαίτερη αναφορά γίνεται στους Ευεργέτες του Οθώνειου Πανεπιστημίου με αναλυτικά στοιχεία για τον τόπο καταγωγής τους, για τις πόλεις που έζησαν, για το μορφωτικό τους επίπεδο, για τις επαγγελματικές τους δραστηριότητες κ.ά..

The purpose of this scientific project is to research into the statute of Bequest and Donation Funds at the Ottonian University (1837-1862). To its specific purposes are included highlighting the socio-economic, legal and political developments of the Greek state during the period under investigation pointing out the rules and regulations of the Ottonian University, as well as the presentation of the context of granting Bequest and Donation Funds. Particular reference is made to the Benefactors of the Ottonian University with analytical data on their place of origin, the cities they lived in, their level of education, their professional activities etc..
