Tittle of the work is : endovascular repair of pseudoaneurysms and is based on the bibliography. Pseudoaneurysms, with their associared high morbidity and mortality complications, required a prompt diagnosis and treatment. Endovascular repair can be considered as an effective treatment strategy for these and due to their low morbidity and mortality procedure rates, have increased their role in the last years. The endovascular procedures can be used for the treatment of almost every PSA. Except for the use of thrombin in the treatment of superficial pseudoaneurysms there are no large series or randomized controlled trials for the use of the endovascular techniques and embolic agent. There are only a large variety of journal articles and case reports that refers to the technical and clinical success rate of endovascular treatment of pseudoaneurysms, so randomized controlled trials and metanalysis are needed.
