Abstract

Роозроблено теоретико-методологічні положення і практичні рекомендації щодо інституціонального регулювання збалансованості фінансових ресурсів держави в посттрансформаційній економіці. Theoretical and methodological positions and practical recommendations, to rationale of the institutional regulation of balancing governmental financial resources in post transitional economy are investigated in monograph. The peculiarities of institutional regulation through control of social standards were exposed. The improvement directions of institutional procedures determination of intergovernmental transfers amount were represented.
