Abstract

The article deals with the concept and essence of transportation logistics and its role in the formation of logistics processes. The tasks of transportation logistics and the author's proposals for their change for the purpose of further development of all logistic processes are highlighted. It is pointed out the necessity of development of legal regulation of transport logistics in the direction of its environmental friendliness and in this regard ensuring environmental safety and prevention of environmental disasters

В статье рассматривается понятие и сущность транспортной логистики и ее роль в формировании логистических процессов. Выделяются задачи транспортной логистики и предложения автора по их изменению с целью дальнейшего развития всех логистических процессов. Указывается на необходимость развития правого регулирования транспортной логистики в сторону ее экологичности и, в связи с этим обеспечения экологической безопасности и предотвращение экологических катастроф
