
Article is devoted to the analysis of management of the personnel capacity of educational institution. Quantitative and qualitative methods of an assessment are considered. Statistical criteria of an assessment of personnel capacity of educational institution are separately allocated. Methods of management of the personnel capacity of educational institution have the uniform purpose it to increase quality of educational process and effective management of educational process.
Статья посвящена анализу управления кадровым потенциалом образовательного учреждения. Рассмотрены количественные и качественные методы оценки, отдельно выделены статистические критерии оценки кадрового потенциала образовательного учреждения. Методы управления кадровым потенциалом образовательного учреждения имеют единую цель – повысить качество образовательного процесса и эффективность управления образовательным процессом.
